Steve has deep experience and knowledge providing solutions to global brands and top retailers from startups to multi billion dollar global enterprise level CPG's and other large brands. His passion for selecting top talent, building strong teams and helping clients exceed expectations in digital commerce and the best customer experience is why he founded 427insights.


Chief Operating Officer

Jeremy has served as VP, director and trusted advisor to the C-Suite for over 21 years, while leading organizations to grow their ecommerce business and create strong connections with their customers. With entrepreneurial experience, and practiced business acumen Jeremy has led culturally diverse teams in innovation, customer experience refinement and enterprise application deployment. He has proven experience in CPG, retail, clothing manufacturing, and healthcare spaces.

Jeremy has served in roles that directly impacted the U.S., UK, Australia and across Europe. His passion is focused on creating excellence throughout the customer's experience through digital transformation.


Chief Client Officer

Joe is a success driven leader with a diversified background of 25 plus years of senior level advertising agency and corporate marketing experience. As an Agency President, he developed and guided a full-service digital marketing department and team from the ground up. 

He has a proven broad based digital marketing skill set and experience with: eCommerce Platforms, CRM Programs, Software Management, AdWords, PPC, Google Analytics, eCRM Platforms, Facebook Business Manager, App Development, SEM/SEO, Social Media (Organic & Paid).

Joe's strong entrepreneurial spirit has been a part of two successful startups, a full service advertising agency and a digital marketing company operating in the Artificial Intelligence (AI) space. With focus on seeding, selling and expanding the company’s advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) Video Platform with Corporate Enterprise and Digital Ad Agencies throughout North America.

Rhys Thomas started his career in this space with Tag worldwide, as their first ever brand facing director, helping build Tag into the touch stone for direct production relationships with Brand owners, bypassing their agency relationships, effectively creating the decoupled market in early 2000. This was followed by his first stint at Omnicom building The Hub+, BBDO’s answer to Tag, cementing their then relationship with P&G and Mercedes. He was one of the 3 founding partners of Hogarth Worldwide, again creating a new paradigm, coupling Transcreation with technology with content creation, for brands like Pfizer and Unilever. After selling to WPP, afte completing an MBA, Rhys Thomas joined Peacock to transformer TBWA’s E-Graphics to  become Omnicom’s eg+, working on Nissan and Apple as well as having responsibility for eg+ healthcare practice.


Executive Advisor - Global Marketing

Veena has a deep understanding of global consumer behavior as she has lived and worked across Asia, the Middle East and the US. In her global role in Johnson & Johnson– She led and drove enterprise-wide social strategy based on data and insights for Neutrogena, Clean & Clear, and Aveeno. Veena is accountable for development and implementation of Digital strategy, including creating a social tool kit and supporting regional/local market roll-out and execution. She also was the content lead for eCommerce for key consumer brands; Johnson’s Baby, Neutrogena and Listerine. Veena also co-created the Advanced Web Analytics program at NYU. 


Executive Advisor - Digital Shelf

George Koenig is a 20 year veteran of the product content syndication industry.  George started his career as employee #1 at Easy2 Technologies in 2000, which was the first company to syndicate interactive product content (ie rich, enhanced, or A+).  In 2013, Easy2 was acquired by Answers.com, who also purchased Webcollage.  After the merger of the two companies, George stayed on to lead sales. 


After 15 years helping all the top retailers and brands share below-the-fold content - George joined 5-year old Shotfarm as EVP Sales to help expand from a centralized repository to the syndication of required above-the-fold content.  In 2019, George left to co-found Content Status, which is revolutionizing how brands and retailer audit their product content for quality, accuracy, and searchability issues.


Executive Advisor - Ecommerce Strategy

Jeanne brings over 12 years experience in ecommerce and digital strategy across a broad range of industries and global brands. She has built an expertise for developing and managing innovative strategies that maximize revenue and market expansion.


Jeanne previously served in roles at the Walt Disney Company, Newell Brands, Google, James Perse UK, Burberry, where her contributions included enhancements to the digital experience, expansion of content partnerships, and the launch of online sales platforms.


An out-of-the-box thinker, Jeanne has a passion for innovation in the digital space and for new technologies.


Executive Advisor - Content Strategy, Data Analysis, PMO

Andre has over 15 years of corporate experience in delivering high-value and high-visibility initiatives for some of the largest retailers and brands in the world. With a diverse background in functional areas ranging from ecommerce to retail store operations to replenishment strategy, Andre is able to draw on his broad knowledge and skillset to identify opportunities and develop solutions for clients. As it relates to ecommerce optimization, Andre has led domestic and international distributed teams to produce and improve product content and performance for over 500K items impacting $60M in annual sales across a range of brands and retailers including Newell Brands, Hasbro, Georgia Pacific, Hershey, Amazon, Walmart, and The Home Depot.


In addition to his expertise in ecommerce, Andre is a leader when it comes to improving the process and analytics capabilities of organizations. Comfortable working with all levels of an organization, Andre seeks and implements systems and capabilities to increase efficiency and actionable insights from data.
